The Seared Steer Steakhouse, your new destination for date night, family night, or any night you’re looking for a quality meal with quality ingredients. The only place in town (maybe the state) where you’ll find in-house hand cut steaks slow smoked and then seared to finish over a real live fire grill.
We look forward to you experiencing the difference fresh food and scratch cooking makes.
We are currently open one day a week as we continue to grow our menu, and improve our kitchen processes to best serve you. We will be open multiple nights per week within the coming months.

Our fried options are hand pounded & hand breaded and
fried in 100% beef tallow - no seed oils ever.

All our steaks are hand cut before being smoked & seared over the live fire. Our famous chicken fried bison is hand cut, pounded thin, and then hand breaded and fried in 100% beef tallow.
The sides & desserts are made from scratch as well - nothing comes from a box at The Seared Steer.
